Ensure agreed service level by monitoring and taking required action on: Supplier´s lead time, secure delivery performance and information visibility. Agreed capacity levels at supplier. Sales & stock development in the IKEA pipeline and at supplier in relation to forecasted need. Identify, implement and maintain the best logistical offer at the sales place from suppliers by working actively with replenishment solutions, lead times and transport optimization. Work closely with IKEA suppliers. Proactively work with alarm /early warning systems to detect and prevent future deviations from goals. Follow-up, analyze and take actions to continuously improve supplier performance. All the time assure that our systems are updated with correct parameters (information) by updating requests to responsible functions. within the Supply Chain including suppliers.
Actively contribute for best set-up of news/outgoing/activity items. Daily troubleshooting and at the same time find solutions to avoid similar future problems.
